About us

Jamie Rosenblum, MS, OTR/L, CHT is a Certified Hand Therapist and licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of hand, wrist, elbow, and upper-extremity conditions. She brings advanced expertise in post-operative rehabilitation, traumatic injuries, nerve conditions, and degenerative disorders, working in close collaboration with orthopedic and plastic surgeons to deliver precise, evidence-based care.

Jamie earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University and has over a decade of experience treating patients in both outpatient hospital-based and private clinical settings. Her background includes managing complex post-surgical cases as well as highly individualized rehabilitation plans requiring careful coordination with referring physicians.

She has particular expertise working with musicians, athletes, and artists, whose recovery demands attention to fine motor control, endurance, proprioception, and return-to-performance readiness. Jamie has advanced training in Graston Technique® and Active Release Techniques (ART®), which she integrates with therapeutic exercise, scar and soft-tissue management, edema control, and custom orthotic fabrication to optimize outcomes.

Jamie is the founder of L.A. Digits, a private hand therapy practice in Culver City dedicated exclusively to upper-extremity rehabilitation. The practice was designed to provide focused, one-on-one care while supporting clear communication with referring physicians, consistent adherence to post-operative protocols, and thoughtful progression of care.

Jamie’s Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is a distinction requiring extensive clinical experience and advanced competency in hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation. Jamie remains actively engaged in continuing education and evidence-based practice to stay current with evolving surgical techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
